Preorder Policy
At everworth, we love offering early access to upcoming styles through our preorder options. Preorders allow you to reserve pieces before they officially arrive — ensuring you don’t miss out on limited releases and customer favorites.
What is a Preorder?
A preorder means the item is not yet in stock but has been ordered from our vendor or designer and will ship once it arrives at our warehouse. Estimated arrival dates are always listed in each product description.
Estimated Timeframes
Each preorder listing includes an approximate ETA (estimated time of arrival).
Please note: These dates are estimates only and may change due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays, vendor restocks, or customs holds.
We’ll always update customers if significant delays occur and will share any changes via email or in our Insiders group.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Once preorder items arrive at our warehouse, please allow 2–4 business days for processing and shipping.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your full order will ship once all items are available — unless otherwise noted. (If you’d like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.)
Payment
Payment for all preorder items is collected at the time of checkout. This secures your item and guarantees allocation from our incoming shipment.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because preorder inventory is specially reserved for you, cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.
However:

If your preorder is delayed more than three weeks past the listed ETA, we’re happy to work with you on a refund or store credit option.

Personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
Our regular Return Policy applies once you’ve received your preorder item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition to be eligible for return, unless otherwise noted as final sale.
