Shipping policy

We’re just as excited for you to get your order as you are.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
• During launches or sales, please allow a little extra time—we promise it’s worth the wait.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
• Please note pre-order estimated arrivals are to our warehouse, we will ship within 2-4 business days of receiving items. 
• Pre-order arrival dates are estimated to the best of our ability but can be affected by factors out of our control such as weather, shipping delays, and manufacturing.

Shipping Rates & Carriers: We offer weight based shipping on all U.S. orders.
• Shipping is handled via USPS or UPS, depending on location and order size.
• Free shipping may be offered during select promotions (watch your email or Instagram stories 👀).

Local Pickup: If you're local, select Free Local Pickup at checkout.
• You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
• Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once your package leaves our hands, it's in the care of the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your post office or neighbors first.

Returns & Exchanges: For return shipping details, see our Return Policy. We cover return shipping for your first two returns each year. After that, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
